What are your service hours?

We offer home service appointments Monday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. For urgent needs, early booking is highly encouraged.

We currently provide home aircon services in Pampanga and Bataan, including nearby barangays and municipalities. Contact us to confirm if we cover your area.

Once scheduled, our team will confirm your date, time slot, and assigned technician.

  • For most areas in Pampanga and Bataan, we offer next-day home visits.
  • During peak months (March–May), allow 1–2 days lead time.
  • Emergency services may be available on the same day, subject to technician availability.

No down payment is required for standard services. Full payment is made after the job is completed and approved by you. For installations or bulk work, a partial deposit may be requested.

Please:

  • Ensure the aircon unit is accessible
  • Provide access to a nearby water source and electrical outlet
  • Make space for cleaning tools (especially for split-type units)


We’ll handle the rest — including cleanup after service.

Yes, we issue service reports, and ORs are available upon request for every completed job.

Our technician will:

  • Diagnose the issue during the visit
  • Show you the faulty part (if applicable)
  • Provide a quote and get your approval before replacing anything


We only use quality and brand-compatible parts.

Absolutely. We can install customer-supplied units and accessories. Just let us know in advance so we can prepare the proper tools and materials.

Yes, we offer Preventive Maintenance Plans for homes, apartments, and commercial spaces. These include regular cleaning, check-ups, and priority scheduling. Ask us for a quote based on your unit count.
